How to enable accessibility widget? If the accessibility widget was previously hidden or disabled, clearing the cache helps to load the latest configuration and makes the widget visible again. If you are using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari, clear the cache using a keyboard shortcut. While the browser is open, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete to open the cache-clearing window. Restart after clearing the cache and cookies.

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Privacy & Security
  3. Click clearing browsing data
  4. Set the Time Range Select All time (or as needed)
  5. Check Cached images and files (You can leave “Browsing history” and “Cookies” unchecked if you only want to clear cache.)
  6. Click Clear Data (Delete from this device)
Mozilla Firefox
  1. Open Mozilla Firefox
  2. Select Settings
  3. Go to Privacy & Security
  4. Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section
  5. Click Clear browsing data
  6. Check Cached Web Content (Uncheck Cookies and Site Data if you only want to clear cache.)
