Custom Trigger

The Custom Trigger feature allows website owners to display the accessibility menu or specific accessibility actions based on user interactions, page conditions, or events, providing a personalized accessibility experience for visitors.

A Custom Trigger allows you to activate the All in One Accessibility menu or specific accessibility actions when a user interacts with a button, link, or any clickable element on your website, creating a tailored accessibility experience.

You can use buttons, text or image links, icons, and any clickable element on your website.

Yes. Custom Triggers can either: Open the full accessibility menu, and Trigger individual features such as font resizing, contrast change, or screen reader activation.

Yes. Go to Custom Triggers, select the trigger you want to modify or delete, and update the settings or remove it entirely.

Custom Multiple Trigger

Go to All in One Accessibility® dashboard --> Widget Settings --> Enable Custom Accessibility Trigger --> Add Trigger.

Multiple triggers improve accessibility and usability. Some users may not notice a single accessibility icon in the default position, so placing additional triggers in strategic areas - such as headers, footers, or support pages - can enhance visibility and user comfort.

There is no strict limit. You can create as many triggers as needed based on your website layout and user experience preferences.

No. Adding more triggers does not impact loading time or performance because the widget script loads only once.

Yes. You may use text links, buttons, images, or icons - the widget will open if the correct trigger code is added.

Google Analytics Tracking

To set up the dashboard:

Here we are assuming that you have integrated our All in One Accessibility widget.
Ensure Google Analytics 4 is configured on your site.
Login to the dashboard, Add GA4 Measurement Id under widget settings to All in One Accessibility Dashboard account.

To check the usage of accessibility widget on your website, set up GA4 tracking with All in One Accessibility dashboard. With the help of it, you can monitor interactions such as widget clicks, features usage, frequency of interactions and more.

The GA4 All in One Accessibility dashboard allows to track feature usage (e.g., screen readers, color adjustments, and font size changes), how many times widget triggered, frequency of interactions with accessibility features, etc.

Integrating the widget with GA4 helps you:

Allows you to gain insights into user behavior according to their type of disability including blind, hearing or vision impaired, motor impaired, color blind, dyslexia, cognitive & learning impaired, seizure and epileptic, ADHD, and elderly profiles.

No, the All in One Accessibility widget does not track anything internally. However, if you wish to integrate Google Analytics 4 (GA4), you have the option to configure it as needed.

In Google Analytics 4, Page Views are tracked automatically through the page_view event. To measure them,

Go to property in Google Analytics 4.
Open Reports then select Engagements and finally choose Pages and Screens
Check “Views” metric. It represents the total number of page views including repeat views of the same page by the same user.

Manage Widget Open/Close Sound

This feature allows to enable or disable the sound that plays when users open or close the All in One Accessibility® widget. It helps customize the user experience based on the website’s accessibility needs.

Login at Dashboard
Select "Widget Settings"
Enable / Disable Open/Close widget sound

Some users prefer a silent browsing experience or work in environments where sound may be distracting. Disabling the sound gives flexibility to make the widget more comfortable for your audience.

No. The sound file is lightweight and enabling or disabling it does not affect the website’s performance.

Yes. After toggling the feature, simply refresh the website and open/close the widget to hear how it behaves.
