Which is the best position to display WCAG accessibility widget on my website?

The most effective and widely recommended position for displaying an accessibility widget is the Bottom Right corner of the website. This placement is considered best practice because:
  • It is the most familiar location for users across the web
  • It does not interfere with navigation menus, forms, or primary content
  • It remains easy to reach for users with mobility or visual impairments
  • It stays visible across all device types, including mobile
However, depending on the website’s layout and design, the bottom left corner is also a strong alternative; especially if other floating elements (like chatbots or cookie notices) are already on the right side.
